1. About KundaliPro
KundaliPro provides AI-assisted Vedic astrology readings and related guidance over WhatsApp and this website. By using our service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. AI-generated guidance — important disclosure
Our astrologer persona (“Maya”) is an artificial-intelligence (AI) service, not a live human astrologer. All readings, predictions, and messages are generated automatically by AI based on the birth details you provide, and are offered for personal reflection, guidance, and entertainment only. They are not certified predictions, not guarantees of any outcome, and should not be relied upon as fact.
3. Not professional advice
KundaliPro does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Nothing Maya says is a substitute for a qualified professional. For any important decision — especially about health, money, relationships, or legal matters — please consult an appropriately qualified expert. You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use KundaliPro. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Your information
To generate readings we collect the details you share (name, mobile number, and birth date, time, and place). How we handle this is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing accurate details; inaccurate birth information will affect your reading.
6. Messages, credits & payments
New users receive a limited number of free messages. Beyond that, continued use requires purchasing a message pack. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). Prices and pack sizes are shown before purchase and may change from time to time.
7. Refunds
Because messages are delivered digitally and consumed on use, purchased message credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a proven technical failure on our side. If you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will review it fairly.
8. Acceptable use
Please use KundaliPro respectfully. Do not use it for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes, do not attempt to disrupt or reverse- engineer the service, and do not rely on it for emergencies. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KundaliPro and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated readings and guidance. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
