To generate your birth chart and readings, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, and birth information (date, time, and place of birth). We also store your chat messages with the bot and basic usage information so we can improve the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your details solely to calculate your Vedic birth chart, generate personalized astrological guidance, respond to your questions on WhatsApp, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers we share with
We share the minimum data required with trusted providers who help us operate: WhatsApp/Meta (message delivery), our payment processor (Razorpay) for transactions, and AI/astrology calculation providers to generate readings. These providers are bound to use your data only to perform services for us.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 8).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers; those are handled by our payment processor under their own security standards.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, message us on WhatsApp or use our Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children
KundaliPro is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
